Founder & Managing Attorney
Practicing law in Ohio since 1992, Tom is a graduate of Yale University (B.A., English 1987 Distinction in Major), and Capital Univerity Law School (J.D. 1990 Cum Laude, Law Review Articles Editor) Tom's experience as a litigator spans many legal areas including criminal, civil and property law. As an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Ohio, he prosecuted death penalty habeus corpus appeals in United States District Court, and argued cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. In private practice, he has participated in major asbestos litigation, both at the trial and appellate court levels. Tom is currently a member of the Ohio State Bar Association,and the Ohio Association for Justice.
